You will serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, managing inbound enquiries, coordinating meetings, preparing engagement documentation, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout each mandate. Leading our client relationship function, you will be responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with institutional clients, family offices, and corporate partners. This role involves regular travel, senior-level communication, and close coordination with our advisory team throughout active mandates. A minimum of five years in a senior client-facing role within financial services is required.

As an Analyst on the M&A team, you will support senior advisors across all stages of live transactions — conducting financial analysis, preparing information memoranda, performing comparable company analysis, and coordinating due diligence processes. You will work directly with our principals on active mandates from day one. Candidates should have a strong academic background in finance, economics, or accounting, along with demonstrable financial modelling skills.

This associate-level role sits within our corporate finance practice, supporting capital raising, valuation, and strategic advisory mandates. Responsibilities include financial modelling, preparation of client presentations and pitch materials, market research, and transaction coordination. Two to four years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related advisory role is expected.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships across our target markets in Canada and the United States. This includes proactive outreach to business owners, private equity sponsors, and corporate advisors, as well as representing Alderwyn Capital at industry events and through professional networks. The ideal candidate is a confident relationship builder with an established network in the mid-market and a track record of originating mandates or driving revenue in a professional services environment.

Supporting our business development function, this role involves researching target companies and sectors, preparing outreach materials, maintaining our CRM system, and assisting senior team members in converting prospects into engaged clients. Strong research and communication skills are essential. Experience in financial services sales, private equity coverage, or deal origination is highly regarded.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our technology infrastructure, including cloud systems, endpoint security, communication platforms, and internal software tools. As a hybrid firm operating across multiple locations, reliable and secure systems are critical to our operations. The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), endpoint management, and information security best practices. Prior experience managing IT in a financial services or professional services environment is strongly preferred.

This role is responsible for maintaining and monitoring our information security framework, managing access controls, detecting and responding to threats, and ensuring our systems and data remain protected across all locations. You will work closely with the IT and operations teams to implement security best practices, conduct periodic risk assessments, and manage endpoint and network security. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a strong advantage. Experience in a financial services or professional services environment is preferred.

Focusing on the intersection of technology and regulatory compliance, this role is responsible for ensuring our systems, data handling practices, and technology processes comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations in Canada and the United States. You will maintain our IT compliance documentation, support internal and external audits, liaise with legal and operations teams on regulatory matters, and assist with the implementation of compliance frameworks. Familiarity with PIPEDA, SOC 2, and related frameworks is an advantage.

You will be responsible for managing and analysing internal and market data to support our advisory and business development teams. Responsibilities include maintaining deal tracking databases, preparing performance reports, conducting market mapping, and building dashboards that surface actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau) is required. Experience with financial data providers such as Bloomberg, PitchBook, or CapIQ is a strong advantage.

Alderwyn Capital is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support the firm across its advisory mandates, internal operations, and regulatory obligations. You will review and negotiate engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, and transaction documentation, provide legal guidance on deal structures across Canadian and US jurisdictions, and advise on corporate governance, compliance, and data protection matters. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with four or more years of post-call experience in corporate law, M&A, or financial services, with strong knowledge of Canadian securities law and familiarity with cross-border transaction frameworks.

Supporting the firm's compliance function, you will assist with the day-to-day management of regulatory obligations, internal policy documentation, KYC and AML screening, and risk monitoring across active mandates. You will help maintain the firm's compliance registers, prepare periodic reporting, and flag emerging regulatory developments relevant to our Canadian and US operations. This is an analyst-level role suited to someone with one to three years of experience in a compliance, risk, or legal support function within financial services. Familiarity with FINTRAC requirements and Canadian securities regulations is an advantage.

This associate-level role focuses on anti-money laundering processes, client due diligence, and regulatory compliance across the firm's operations. Responsibilities include conducting enhanced due diligence on counterparties, maintaining AML documentation, supporting periodic client reviews, and assisting with the preparation of regulatory filings. The role is well suited to someone with two to four years of experience in an AML, compliance, or risk function. Knowledge of FINTRAC, PCMLTFA, and FinCEN frameworks is desirable.

This role supports the operational backbone of the firm, managing compliance documentation, KYC and AML processes, regulatory filings, internal policy maintenance, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with legal and regulatory documentation. A background in financial services compliance, legal support, or operations is preferred.

A highly trusted support role working directly with our Managing Director and senior leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare correspondence, handle confidential documentation, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise are essential. Prior experience as an executive assistant in a financial services or professional services firm is strongly preferred.

Alderwyn Capital offers a summer internship programme for undergraduate and postgraduate students studying finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline. Interns work directly alongside our advisory team, gaining hands-on exposure to live mandates, financial analysis, client documentation, and market research. This is not a structured rotation programme — you will be doing real work from day one. We take on a very small number of interns each year and select carefully. Strong academic performance, genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance, and the ability to work independently are essential.
